Support for Art Companies
- Support for art-driven business ideas.
- Facilitating opportunities and touchpoints for ideas to transcend within and outside companies, fostering innovation.
- Providing immediate experimental opportunities for ideas through technology, space, and administration support.
- Endorsing specialized project groups that promote multifaceted collaborations.
- Providing guidance in tax, legal, and marketing aspects, coupled with collaborative opportunities with resident businesses and resources for business growth.
Office Spatial Support
- Residency support for art companies(teams) aiming for expansion via technological fusion.
- Supporting 24 companies (teams), which encompass both creation-focused and specialized tech-centric entities within the arts (for a duration of up to 3 years)
- Offering full coverage for three essentials: deposit, rent, and maintenance fees, in addition to shared infrastructure and production facilities.
Incubation Support
- Supporting market expansion through fostering collaboration (open innovation) between art companies(teams) and leading companies.
- Assisting in the discovery of new markets by aiding art companies(teams) in developing new business models.
- Offering support in promotion/marketing, establishing IR/funding opportunities, and technological industrialization.
Business Center Operation
- Providing operational support to focus on the essence of art and technology industrialization.
- Offering consulting support in areas such as legal, tax/accounting, technology, marketing, and overseas market expansion.
Networking Support
- Supporting interdisciplinary research (projects) in collaboration with ModuLabs.
- Providing support for tech seminars, workshops, and other initiatives to foster community engagement between artists and businesses.
